To sign up for an AreTheyHappy account, you will need to go through the onboarding process. First go to aretheyhappy.com and click the "Sign Up" button
Or go to my.aretheyhappy.com and click the "New to AreTheyHappy?" button.
Now that you are on the Onboarding page, enter the name of your Brand or Restaurant. The name you enter during the onboarding process will also be the name of your initial location (don't worry, you will be able to change this later on).
Next, enter your personal information:
First and Last name
Email address - make sure that this is your valid email, you will need to access it to activate your account
Password - make sure you type in your password correctly, as we only ask you to enter your password once during the onboarding process
Language - English, Dutch or French. the default language selected is the setting you currently have on your browser
Click the "Next Step" button to proceed
Now, select a profile description that best fits your business: Business Manager, Local Business, Brand Agency then click the "Next Step" button again.
You may connect any of the following accounts: Facebook, Google MyBusiness, Instagram. You need to connect at least one account before you can proceed.
Lastly, you need to open the email address you provided earlier and either click the activation link or enter the 4-digit activation code.
If you did not receive your activation email, click on the resend link below the textbox. Please remember that you can only resend the activation link once. If you still did not receive your activation email, please contact support immediately.
Once you have activated your AreTheyHappy account, you will be redirected to your Inbox and the messages from your connected account/s should be visible.
