In this article, we will take a deeper look into the Daily Activity Report.
This PDF email report gives you and your team a summary of what you will have in your AreTheyHappy plate for the day. This report shows you the number of messages that are in your Inbox, how many are Urgent items (reviews with ratings of 3 or lower), and how many messages are coming from influencers.
Who will receive these reports?
All users within your company are eligible to receive a Daily Activity Report, so long as it is enabled on the Notifications page in AreTheyHappy. Click here to know more!
What is inside the report?
The report starts with very basic information: Date, Location Name (or the Company name if the report covers the entire company).
This is followed by the Urgent Items. This section now splits into two parts: Urgent (Negative Reviews) and Messages from Influencers.
Below that is the Current Status of your Inbox. This section shows the following:
- Inbox - the count of all messages in your inbox that are not yet marked as complete
- Today - the number of messages in your inbox from the past 24 hours. These messages are the ones you will see at the top of your AreTheyHappy Inbox.
The next section is Action Required. This section of the report shows you the most urgent of messages your location received in the last 24 hours.
Each message is shown as an individual card with the following information:
- Integration it belongs to
- Star Rating of the review
- Review Text
- Location/s where you could access the inbox item
