How do I edit a group or location?
Now that you've created a group or location, you may want to change its name, the users who have access to it etc. Well, here's how!

To edit an existing group or location:

1. click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Then, select Locations & Groups in the dropdown menu. 

Editing your group or Location

1. Find the group or location that you want to edit;
2. then, click on the ellipses to pop open a menu with edit options.

This is what the ellipses looks like:

Then, you can perform any of the following actions: 

  • Rename a group or location. 

  • Set a group as default - the default group or location will always be the group or location you see when you log into your Inbox. The default setting is the "company level," i.e. if you do not set a particular group or location as your default, you will see all messages for the entire company whenever you log in. Note: The default location can also be un-set, which then makes the 'default location' the entire company.

  • Move a group or location - We allow nested groups, and you can move a group (along with its sub-groups and locations) to another group within your company. However, branding pages can never be moved.

  • Delete a group or location you no longer need.
