Question: 

Hi! So, I see on ATH that we get reviews from Tripadvisor but we don't get email about it (not me and not the managers of the bars). I'd like to get the mails and then check if they have answered and if not I can forward them the mails. How can I do that with Tripadvisor? Or does that not have anything to do with ATH?

Hi! TripAdvisor notifications work independently of AreTheyHappy. 🙂But, here's how you can sign up to receive email notifications in your inbox every time a new review is published. 

  • Log-in to TripAdvisor.
  • Select the drop-down next to your username in the top right corner of the TripAdvisor homepage, then scroll down to “Subscriptions.”
  • Under the “Emails for Owners” tab, next to “Reviews Questions” make sure the “Subscribed” bubble is selected.

Tracking Reviews with AreTheyHappy

As mentioned, TripAdvisor notifications work independently of AreTheyHappy, HOWEVER you can also use AreTheyHappy to (1) monitor and track reviews on TripAdvisor, and (2) assign them to your team. 

1 Daily Summary

AreTheyHappy automates your review collection and delivers notifications when your customers leave TripAdvisor (and other) reviews. New reviews will be pulled in every hour, but at the end of every day, we send you a summary of new reviews/feedback, too. In the daily email, we tell you what's urgent (negative reviews and influencers) and needs your focus.

2 Team Tasks

Introducing "Team Tasks," a task management, team collaboration  and ticketing tool that can be used for all of your social media and customer interactions. 

To start with, you can add as many team members as you want, each with their own specific user permissions. Don't worry, it's free. We don't charge for users. You can add as many as you like, to reflect your organisation.

You or anyone in your company can assign tasks from the Inbox by clicking on the "task" icon. 

Assign the task to someone, select a due date, and write a custom message in case you want to add any special instructions. The advantage is that you will have a history of all items that have been assigned and completed. :)
