As at 10 May 2019, the following Facebook messages should be fine:
FB Own Posts
FB Wall Posts
FB Private Messages, Etc.
You should hopefully be able to respond straight from AreTheyHappy. ✅
However, with Facebook recommendations, we unfortunately need to redirect you to the original post on Facebook for now. Upside: you still get notification whenever a new Facebook Recommendation is posted. You're not going to miss anything!
Why? Facebook has apologised but they are struggling to fix a bug (Facebook Bug Ticket) that affects Recommendations. This means, all third party apps are affected. This is their last update, and we are keeping an eye on it:
Please don't worry, as soon as Facebook fixes their bug, we will open up the possibility to respond directly from AreTheyHappy once more! 💪
For all other disruptions, please do a few internal checks, too. Make sure that you are properly logged in as an admin to your Facebook business pages. Being logged in on your personal account should be no issue, on the condition that you have been (1) invited to manage the page and have been (2) given permission to respond / assigned the right role etc.
