We've had some feedback that the recently released AreTheyHappy iOS app is showing some visual glitches. Such as:

  • Not being able to log in (iPhone X)

  • Some buttons/links on the Inbox not working when tapped

Note: These issues are specific to the iOS mobile app from the Apple Appstore and does not happen on Safari mobile or any other web browsers.

Possible Workaround

When you experience any of the above glitches on the iOS mobile app, simply rotate your mobile device to change its screen orientation (from Portrait mode to Landscape mode, or vice versa) and then rotating it back again. After doing so, you should be able to use the app flawlessly.

Note: make sure that the screen orientation is not locked.

We are currently looking into this issue and we will notify all users once we have a definite fix for this. However, this temporary solution could do the trick!
