Surveys created and published live allows your customers to provide focused feedback to you and your team. You can provide your users a URL or QR code that would redirect them to your AreTheyHappy Surveys.
Another way is to enable Kiosk mode for Surveys. This allows you to turn any mobile device to be set up as an interactive feedback station in your business locations. This will allow your customers to give feedback while they are in one of your locations.
What's different with Survey Kiosk mode?
AreTheyHappy Surveys that are viewed on Kiosk mode automatically go to the start of the survey after a response has been saved. The CTA button is hidden for Kiosk mode, but would still work if the survey is accessed via QR code or the regular Survey share link.
When you load a survey on Kiosk mode, you are first asked for the survey password once before your customers can fill out responses. This would have to be done by an authorized personnel of a location.
How to enable a Survey's Kiosk mode?
Note that before you could enable a survey's kiosk mode, the survey has to be published first.
After publishing a survey, go to the Surveys list and click on the ellipsis to open the actions menu. Click Settings from the list of actions, then the survey settings modal will appear. Tick the Kiosk mode to enable it, then a password field will appear. Nominate a password then click the check button to fully enable the survey's kiosk mode.
Note: the regular Survey mode has a different share link than the kiosk mode. Go to the Info tab and copy the Kiosk Mode share link. Open the link on the device that will be used on your interactive feedback station.
