You may have noticed that generalized scores, ranging from 0-100, are used on various parts of the AreTheyHappy. You can see the generalized scores on the Survey tab of the Company Report.  The existing AreTheyHappy Surveys are using several question types (NPS, CSAT, CES, etc.) that have different industry-standard ways of calculating survey scores.

For instance, NPS surveys range between -100 and +100 while CES survey scores range between 1 and 5, with 1 being the highest. Given that, it would be incredibly difficult to compare survey results and averages from different survey question types.

This is where the Generalized scores come in handy. All surveys, regardless of the type, would show its score from a 0-100 scale. This way, it would be easier for you and your team to compare survey results.
