If you are using MS Outlook for your company's support email, this article shows you how you can connect your MS Outlook folders to your AreTheyHappy Inbox where you can Read, Respond, Tag, and assign to Team Tasks them.
It's important to note that the MS Outlook integration is a company-wide integration and is only available for Branding Pages. The integrations section of individual locations will not have MS Outlook as part of its list.
To connect your MS Outlook account, (i) first access the Locations & Groups page of a branding page. (ii) Click the Connect button, then a login popup will appear that shows the permissions that AreTheyHappy needs to be granted to complete the connection. (iii) Click the confirm button. A dropdown will appear next to the account holder's name that shows all of the folders of your MS Outlook account (Inbox, Sent, Outbox, etc.). (iv) Select the folder you want to connect to AreTheyHappy. (v) Finally, click the Confirm button.
Go to your AreTheyHappy Inbox to view emails from your MS Outlook account.
Note: the MS Outlook messages in your AreTheyHappy inbox are shown as individual email messages, and not as threads/conversations. If a customer responds to your reply to continue the thread, the new message will come in AreTheyHappy as a new inbox message.
