There are several ways to share your published surveys to your customers to get back valuable feedback; from sending the survey URLs manually to printing out QR codes on your receipts or packaging.
We've added a new feature that allows you to share your Survey URLs when replying to any of your AreTheyHappy inbox messages. To do this, simply click on the Survey Share icon (below the reply text area) then select the survey you want to share. The survey URL will then be inserted to your response.
Note: draft surveys will not be part of the survey list.
