You have access to ratings from the different review management platforms on the Reputation Insights so you could see how well your customers are scoring your locations.
The Instagram Social Insights dashboard gives you powerful metrics so that you know WHO your customers are.
On the Instagram Social Insights, you will be able to access your data for the following sub-dashboards: Page, Engagement, and Demographics.
The Page insights show you several relevant datapoints that pertains to the Followers and Page Views that your Instagram Business Page has:
- Followers - total number of people that follows your business page
- Impressions - Total number of times the IG User's IG Media objects (i.e. posts, stories and promotions) have been viewed
- Profile Views - Total number of users who have viewed the IG User's profile within the specified period
- Reach Count - Total number of unique users who have viewed at least one of the IG User's IG Media
- Evolution - shows a graph based on the selected period
The Engagement social insights show how many interactions your Instagram Business Page accumulated from your customers overtime.
- Text Message Redirects - Total number of taps on the text msg link in the IG User's profile.
- Website Redirects - Total number of taps on the website link in the IG User's profile.
- Phone Call Redirects - Total number of taps on the call link in the IG User's profile.
- Get Directions Redirects - Total number of taps on the directions link in the IG User's profile.
- Engagement Evolution - shows a graph based on the selected period
The Demographics insights show who follows your Instagram Business Page (by age, gender, location).
- By Gender - shows the breakdown by gender of your page's fans
- By Age - shows the breakdown by gender and age group of your page's fans
- By Language/Country/City
Note: the breakdown by language/country/city show the top 5 by default. Clicking the "Show More" link will display the rest of the results.
