  • [general] An email will now be sent out to executive users (owners, admins, social media account managers) on a weekly basis if there are pages that were flagged by our issue analyzer.
  • [inbox] A new lexer system has been added which provides the following for inbox detail views:

- Every integration with the exception of outlook and gmail will now

render links/email addresses in post text and comments as links rather

than plain text

- Hashtags in Facebook posts/comments will now be rendered as links rather than plain text

- @ mentions and Hashtags in Instagram posts/comments/private messages

will now be rendered as links

- @ mentions and Hashtags in Twitter posts/comments/private messages will now be rendered as links

- The above improvements also apply to post deepdives in tagging/flow

insights and the teamtasks detail modal

  • [inbox] It is now possible to magnify images in posts/comments/private messages by clicking on them. This also applies to post deepdives in tagging/flow insights
  • [integration] Instagram message requests (requests from people that you haven't accepted yet) can now be accepted straight from the inbox.
  • [flow] It is now possible to define 'escalations' on the teamtask outcome in flow rules. Escalations allow you to tell flow to 'alter' the existing teamtask (eg: assign an additional user, update the description, set a new due date) if the teamtask is not resolved after X days. Teamtasks will not be escalated if they're in the new 'on hold' status.
  • [teamtasks] The teamtasks interface has been revamped with the following additions:

- It is now possible to navigate from a teamtask detail straight to the

inbox through a new button labelled 'View in Inbox'

- A new 'On Hold' status has been added for teamtasks

- A new 'On Hold' board has been added to the progress board page

- It is now possible to Filter by integration on the teamtask pages

- It is now possible to Filter by location on the teamtask pages

- It is now possible to Filter by user on the teamtask pages, this is in line with how user filtering works on the team folder in the inbox

- Editing the description of a teamtask is now possible through the detail modal

- The detail modal now also displays the time the teamtask was created and

the time the status was last updated

- Adding a note to a teamtask will now send a notification email to the

other assignees/creator of the teamtask

Improved

  • [insights] The score and nps widgets on reputation insights will now take into account the selected group if not on a company level
  • [teamtasks] The teamtasks interface has been revamped with the following improvements:

- A redesigned overview/progress board/history pages

- Progress boards are now individually paged with 25 items per page to

improve on performance and rendering

- Progress boards can now be collapsed

- Editing assigned users for a teamtask in the detail modal now takes you

to a new view dedicated for assignee editting

- Yumpingo Reviews will now also render their menu items / survey answers

on teamtask details

- A teamtask created by ATH Flow will now display the ATH Flow icon in the

'By' column on the overview page and will also render 'Assigned By ATH

Flow' in the teamtask detail

- Team History is now rendered as a timeline (like publisher history) where the timestamp chosen is that of the last status update.

Fixed

  • [inbox] Empty Facebook posts (eg: promotions, job postings etc) will no longer show up in the inbox
  • [system] Fixed an issue where reconnecting Google My Business pages through the issue analyzer would error out
  • [teamtasks] Fixed an edge case issue where update notifications would not always render correctly
