AreTheyHappy Flows rules are useful tools that helps your team optimize your company's processes. Using Flows, new posts, messages, and reviews can be automatically Tagged or assigned to a Team Task.

With the Escalation feature, Flows are made to be even more powerful by automatically (i) assigning new users to a task and/or (ii) updating the task description of unfinished Team Tasks after a given period.


(a) All reviews with 3 stars or lower are automatically assigned to a Team Task to be handled by Ricardo.

(b) With the escalation feature, if tasks created by this rule are not set to Done after 1 day, the task will be escalated to the location manager, Paulo.

(c) Further, another 2 days after the task escalated is not resolved, the regional manager Hannah will be assigned to the task.
