We are excited to bring you powerful upgrades this month. Check out what’s new to the AreTheyHappy platform!

πŸŽ‰ LinkedIn Publishing

It is now possible to publish posts to your LinkedIn Business Pages through the AreTheyHappy Publisher.

πŸŽ‰ iFood integration
It is now possible to connect an iFood account, which will allow you to view and respond to iFood reviews directly from your inbox.

πŸŽ‰ Extra Publisher improvements

  1. Instagram and Facebook file size limit has been bumped up from 10MB to 50MB.

  2. You can now publish PNGs to Instagram.

  3. It is no longer required to enhance your Instagram account prior to publishing.*

*Important note: Instagram is rolling out changes of its own, and recently, it has changed its rules so that you can only publish 1 image at a time via their Official API. (Boo. 😒) In other words, no carousels are possible for the moment. But, we are waiting for their upgrades, which will surely come, and we will release new changes to you as soon as they are available on the Official Instagram Graph API.

πŸŽ‰ Manual Feedback [Phone calls, Face-to-Face, Other Feedback]

Don’t miss any opportunity to gather customer feedback in your inbox. For your comfort, we cleaned up the input modal for manual feedback. Plus, you can now add 4 attachments to each manual review, including mp4 video files!

πŸŽ‰ Improvements to the ATH Public API
You probably already knew that you could update your location details (address, phone number, opening hours) on Facebook and Google My Business via our platform --- but now, you can also update location details on your Website via the ATH Public API.

Second, we now allow you to show your reviews on your website via the ATH Public API. You can choose your "best reviews" or randomised "sample reviews."

πŸŽ‰ Better control of Smart Folders

The Smart Folder view/edit modal has also been revamped and now boasts a sidebar and more functionality, i.e. a shortcut to the rename modal, and deleted/ un-assign users straight from the edit/view modal.

πŸŽ‰ Big improvements to the Inbox

We hope you’ll notice some lovely:

  • Styling changes across the inbox focused on consistency, ease of use, and experience.

  • The Inbox performance (aka speed) has also improved across the board with the biggest improvements noticeable in tagging, completion, and inbox detail retrieval.

  • Among many other tweaks, you can now filter even deeper in your Inbox. The Inbox Team Folder has a new β€˜Task overdue’ status filter; while the Completed Folder has a new β€˜Completed By’ filter.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a Twitter text validation bug where the character limit was seen as above the max. [Thank you, @Bistrot Pierre.]

  • We can pull in Instagram Influencers again.

  • Fixed a foursquare edge case glitch where detail retrieval would sometimes fail if avatars didn't exist.

  • Fixed an edge case issue in the inbox where card displays with an image would squeeze the image if not in the correct aspect ratio.

Phew! That was a big release! πŸ’ͺ
