The Standard Report is also known as the 'Performance Report'. This report can be manually generated from the insight pages OR automatically sent to you by email each week/month.
The data widgets shown inside the report can differ depending on the selected time period (weekly or monthly).
The Weekly Reputation Report focus on the current KPIs of the location. Meant to give you a quick insight into how your location is running at the current moment of exporting.
The Monthly Reputation Report offers a broader overview of your KPI's, focusing on evolutions. This allows you to detect overhanging trends which might be harder to detect on a week-to-week basis.

Choice Driver Sentiment Score [only in monthly timeperiod] - Grid visualization of sentiment score (colour coded) split by choice driver and period. The top row shows the overall sentiment score with highlights for the highest and lowest scores between all the shown periods. The grid shows the evolution for the previous 4 periods including the selected period.
Top Focus Points: Customer Feedback - Shows the top 5 applied tags in the format of 'Choice driver - Tag name". The amount of times the tag was applied for the selected time period is shown on the left side of the bar. The lists are split by negative and positive tag sentiment.
Deep-Dive: Customer Feedback per Choice Driver [only monthly timeperiod]
For each of the top 3 choice drivers, the 5 most applied positive and negative tags of the selected period are shown. The trend shows the evolution (in %) between the value of the previous and current period.
Highest-Rated Reviews - Top 3 highest rated reviews from the selected time period are displayed. A review contains the integration, rating, location name, review text, and potential labels that were added to it.
List of Reviews - This button will generate a CSV file containing all the reviews from that selected period.
