The Standard Report is also known as the 'Performance Report'. This report can be manually generated from the insight pages OR automatically sent to you by email each week/month.

The multi-locations Reputation Report focus on the overall status of multiple locations combined.

List of the data widgets shown in the report.

  • Review Summary - Both KPIs are compared to their data of the previous period.

    • Shown here is the amount of new Reviews for the selected period and selected locations. With the help of the donut chart, you see the distribution of these reviews per sentiment.

    • On the right, you will find the Avg. rating based on the new reviews.

  • Company Summary - Table comparing selected time period to previous 4 periods + a Column comparing the Year To Date data. The highest and lowest value per row is highlighted with a red or green background colour.

    • Avg. NPS

    • Avg. Rating

    • Sentiment Score

    • Online reviews ( Avg. Rating of all review type items)

    • Google - (Avg. Rating of GoogleMyBusiness)

  • Top/Bottom 3 Performing locations - The top/bottom 3 locations are listed for each time period, based on their avg. rating.

  • Inbox Summary - Both KPIs are compared to their data of the previous period.

    • Shown here is the amount of total new inbox items (reviews, social posts, etc.) for the selected period and selected locations. With the help of the donut chart, you see the distribution of these items between completed or not completed (at the moment of report generation).

    • On the right, you will find the % of negative inbox items that have been completed for this time period.

  • Engagement Summary - Table comparing selected time period to previous 4 periods.

    • Total New Inbox Items (The highest and lowest value is highlighted for this row).

    • Total Number of New Reviews (The highest and lowest value is highlighted for this row).

      • # Positive Reviews

      • % Pos. Responded To

  • Top/Bottom 3 Engaged locations - The top/bottom 3 locations are listed for each time period, based on their % of completed inbox items.

  • Sentiment Summary - Both KPIs are compared to their data of the previous period.

    • Shown here is the amount of total new tags added in the selected period and selected locations. With the help of the donut chart, you see the distribution of these items between per tag sentiment.

    • On the right, you will find the overall sentiment in % for the selected time period. (Scale 0-100)

  • Overall Sentiment Score vs Total Tags - Line chart indicating the overall Sentiment score of the inbox items (left y-axis). Combined with a bar chart visualizing the amount of tags this sentiment score is based on (right y-axis). The graph shows the evolution for the previous 5 periods including the selected period. The data highlighted on the right side is a detailed view of the current period.

  • Sentiment Score vs Tags per Choice Driver - Bar chart listing the choice drivers tagged in the selected period. Bars show the number of tags within the choice driver(left y-axis). Dots indicate the corresponding Sentiment score per choice driver for the current period (Right y-axis).

  • Choice Driver Sentiment Score - Grid visualization of sentiment score (colour coded) split by choice driver and period. The top row shows the overall sentiment score with highlights for the highest and lowest score between all the shown periods. The grid shows the evolution for the previous 5 periods including the selected period.

  • Top/Bottom 3 Engaged locations - The top/bottom 3 locations are listed for each time period, based on their overall sentiment score (in %).

  • Top Focus Points: Customer Feedback - Shows the top 5 applied tags in the format of 'Choice driver - Tag name". The amount of times the tag was applied for the selected time period is shown on the left side of the bar. The lists are split by negative and positive tag sentiment.

  • Deep-Dive: Customer Feedback per Choice Driver [only monthly timeperiod]
    For each of the top 3 choice driver the 5 most applied positive and negative tags of the selected period are shown. The trend shows the evolution (in %) between the value of the previous and current periods.

  • Group Rankings - Ranked listing of all groups included in the selected locations of the reports.

    • Rank number -based on the Avg. Rating.

    • Movement of rank number between current and previous period.

    • Group Name

    • Avg. Rating with number of reviews

    • Avg. NPS score

    • Avg. Sentiment score

    • Download link that generates a separate report for the individual group.

  • Location Rankings - Ranked listing of all groups included in the selected locations of the reports.

    • Rank number - based on the Avg. Rating.

    • Movement of the rank number between current and previous period.

    • Location Name

    • Avg. Rating with number of reviews

    • Avg. NPS score

    • Avg. Sentiment score
