Q: Why do I see empty Instagram private messages in my inbox?

A: We do our very best to bring you all the important integrations, and every possible message type within that integration into your Inbox. However, we rely on our integration partners to provide access and functionality via APIs.

The quality of APIs varies between integration partners. We have noticed a bug on Instagram's side where we do not receive a message or attachments for Instagram Stories.

This issue has been reported and will hopefully get fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can click the "deep link" icon to get redirected to your inbox in the Instagram App. (See the following image.)

⚠️ Note on Deep Links: The deep link will redirect you to the inbox of the account you are currently logged into on Instagram. This could mean you will have to switch between your accounts to see the correct inbox.
