🚀 Track Company-Level “Average Response Time” and “Average Completion Time”
To leave a lasting impression, it's important that all customer feedback (be it good or bad) is dealt with correctly. To help you understand your team's progress in more detail we've expanded the engagement section of our reports with the evolution of your "Average Response Time" and "Average Completion Time." 🙌
Note: To ensure consistency between the Platform and your Reports, all scores are now exclusively your “Averages” instead of Cumulative (aka Historical).
🚀 Impactful insights straight in your mailbox
In the past few months, we have released updates to both our reports and insights pages. Last but not least we took your feedback to mind and have given our daily/weekly/monthly emails the same makeover. Are you missing out on these impactful insight emails? Switch on your automatic notifications by going to Settings > Notifications and then enabling email alerts for your location(s).
🚀 Deep-dive into your data and discover new insights!
With the end of the year is fast approaching, you will most likely want to reflect on how your business has fared in the last 12 months. To help you in this undertaking we've rolled out some much-requested additions to our insights pages. You get quick glanceable data for moments where you want to deep dive into your scores. Do you want to see your location’s NPS score by weeks instead of months? No problem. Or do you prefer to see the scores in the location list distributed by stars? Easy as pie.
Go to your dashboard and analyze your insights in different ways.
P.S. “Automated Sentiment” is an early Christmas present to you. 🎁 It’s a sneak peek of the power behind our Artificial Intelligence and it’s a slightly different angle to analyze your reviews, i.e. regardless of the stars awarded to a particular review, our AI analyzes the text in the review to share how positive or negative the actual feedback truly was.
🚀 Surveys: Get even more customer feedback through surveys!
Surveys are a great tool to get direct customer feedback on their experience. We strive to ensure all feedback is recorded regardless of completeness. That is why you will now see the results from incomplete surveys together with the completed survey insights.
On top of the above, we have added the ability to customize which locations are visible on a survey level. Allowing surveys to be run companywide or for a select group of locations. Example: Only 3 locations are shown in the location dropdown for the survey ‘Special menu item’.
