Review URLs are the specific web addresses where your customers can leave an online review for your business. These are applicable to the following online review channels: Facebook, TripAdvisor, Google MyBusiness, and Yelp.

Review URLs are automatically pulled at the point of connecting your primary review channels.

For locations on AreTheyHappy that were created before this feature was implemented, you will notice that your Review URLs section is empty. To pull them in, simply perform a Soft Reconnect of the online review channels to pull in the Review URLs of your accounts.

Note 1: Google My Business is automatically connected to your “Generate More Reviews” surveys.

Note 2: We do not recommend editing the URLs as these are pulled directly from the integration itself, and so should be correct.
