Q: What is the difference between average and cumulative scores?

A: Great question.

  • Cumulative rating = historical rating, i.e. all available reviews/ratings from the beginning of time are averaged out in this calculation.

  • Average Rating = includes reviews/ratings for a specified period in time only, i.e. 1 week, 1 month, 1 quarter, 1 year, or a custom date 1 March 2022-14 March 2022 etc.

I hope that makes sense?
