  • [reports] A new report titled "Survey Results" has been added to the
    downloadable section of ATH Insights (released February 2022), this report combines survey responses and insights on a company-wide and survey-specific level

    to the downloadable section of ATH Insights, this report is an excel version of
    the Feedback History Report (CSV)

  • [settings] A new section to the settings pages titled "Quick Replies" has been
    added to allow company-wide management of quick replies from one page. This
    includes standard create, update, delete as well as search and duplication. In
    addition to this we have also expanded quick reply configuration to include the
    following:
    - Ability to configure quick reply usage for a selection of
    groups/locations instead of the entire company

    - Ability to configure a name for a quick reply (for faster recognition)
    - Ability to configure a shortcut (more on this in future releases)
    - Ability to configure quick reply usage for a selection of channels
    instead of all channels
    - Ability to configure quick reply usage for a selection of message types
    instead of all message types
    - Ability to provide language-specific content on top of the default
    message (language-specific content will be preferred when a post is in a
    specific language)

  • [inbox] In addition to 'Everyone' or 'Completed by me' it is now possible to
    select 'Completed by Flow' in the completion folder on the inbox

  • [inbox] We have added the ability to use Outlook to respond to survey responses
    where an email is provided and the participant gave consent to be contacted

  • [inbox] We have added the ability to use Outlook to respond to manual reviews
    where customer contact details are available

  • [integrations] Support for Formitable Takeaway order reviews has been added to
    the inbox

  • [publicapi] 1.3: Company model now includes the 'created_at' UTC timestamp of
    when the company was created

  • [publicapi] 1.3: Location model now includes the 'created_at' UTC timestamp of
    when the location was created

  • [emails] Emails will now apply score rounding based on precision settings
    (released February 2022).

  • [inbox] List of quick replies will now take into account the new configuration
    possibilities and automatically filter itself based on the post/review being
    viewed in the inbox

  • [inbox] We have revamped the quick replies popover with a new more streamlined interface, additional filter options and interlinking with the new Quick Reply management pages

  • [general] Styling improvements across the webapp to improve on UX/UI and
    consistency

  • [integrations] Formitable reviews (both takeaway orders and standard reviews)
    will now have additional details such as user avatar, email address, phone
    number added to them (where available)

  • [integrations] Facebook accounts with pages that have migrated to Facebook's

  • [reports] We have removed precision rounding from excel-based reports to ensure no detail gets lost during calculation

  • [integrations] Due to proper visit timestamps not being returned by Resengo
    date/time displays for Resengo reviews in the Inbox have been adjusted to only
    show the Date part of the timestamp

Fixed

  • [reports] Fixed an edge case glitch where precision rounding would throw an
    error in the NPS division chart on standard reports if no average for a period
    was available (released mid-sprint)

  • [reports] Fixed a glitch where average scores/NPS on the company overview excel report were missing and amount of reviews would dive into negative numbers (released February 2022)

  • [inbox] Fixed an edge case glitch where survey results would not show answer
    details (released mid-sprint)

  • [publisher] Fixed an edge case glitch where resizing of images above 1000x1000
    would sometimes be off due to aspect ratio miscalculation

  • [integrations] Fixed a glitch where Resengo reviews would be noted down in
    insights as being written the day before due to a timezone conversion issue
    where UTC timestamps being returned by Resengo would always be one day behind (released mid-sprint)
